1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Letter Tiger, a service provided by Bosher Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Letter Tiger provides a web-based platform for generating custom letters using dynamic templates. Our service includes customized letter templates that can be edited in real time, exporting to PDF and Word, and a drawing tool that allows users to draw signatures on documents.

The service is provided free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Proprietary Rights and Software Ownership

The Letter Tiger website, its design, logos, and branding are the property of Bosher Labs LLC. Furthermore, all underlying software, including but not limited to the source code, template logic engines, algorithms, and proprietary scripts used to generate documents, are the sole and exclusive property of Bosher Labs LLC.

Users are granted a limited, revocable license to use the software to generate documents for personal or business use, but you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software itself.

4. No Legal Evaluation or Suitability

Letter Tiger is a document generation tool, not a legal service.

• No Evaluation: We do not legally assess or guarantee the suitability, accuracy, or effectiveness of our templates for your specific situation.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing the generated content to ensure it meets your needs and complies with local, state, or federal laws. We recommend consulting a legal professional to evaluate generated documents when and if needed.

5. Electronic Signatures

Our service allows users to draw a digital signature.

• No Certification: Letter Tiger does not certify, notarize, or verify the identity of the signer or the authenticity of any signature.
• Legal Validity: We make no claims regarding the legal admissibility of these signatures in any jurisdiction. Users assume all risks associated with the use of these digital markings.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

We may collect and process information related to your use of the Service (for example, basic device/browser information, IP address, and usage/analytics data) and may use cookies or similar technologies, including for analytics and advertising.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Letter Tiger to create or facilitate fraudulent, illegal, or malicious documents or activities. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your identity, or forge signatures.
• Create documents intended for phishing, deception, harassment, or other unlawful purposes.
• Submit content that infringes or misappropriates any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights).
• Introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
• Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract source code, template logic, or other proprietary elements of the Service.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or for any reason necessary to protect the Service, our users, or Bosher Labs LLC.

9. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Service may display advertisements and may include links to third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party ads, websites, products, or services.

Third parties (including advertising and analytics providers) may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites or online services, including through cookies or similar technologies, subject to their own policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bosher Labs LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any outputs (including generated documents or exports) will meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bosher Labs LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to errors in templates, the failure of a document to achieve its intended purpose, or any disputes arising from signatures.

12. Governing Law and Venue

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Venue. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

14. Copyright and Trademark Complaints

If you believe content made available through the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, please contact us at support@bosherlabs.com with sufficient detail to investigate the claim (including the work claimed to be infringed and the basis for your claim).

15. Miscellaneous

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
• Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bosher Labs LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
• Survival. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 3, 10–12, and 15.
